6. Teignmouth Arts Quarter – To allow Mr Sam Birtwistle of Voyage Fair Trade to deliver a presentation to members – Cllr Russell

8. Dick Petherick Memorial Trophy – To propose that the Dick Petherick Memorial Trophy be awarded annually to recognise and celebrate youth achievement within Teignmouth – Cllr Bladon
9. Memorial Benches – To propose that the Clerk review Teignmouth Town Council’s current memorial bench provisions, including costs, procedures, maintenance, and administration, and to present a report to the meeting of the Finance & General Purposes committee to be held on the 27th of October 2015 – Cllr Bladon
10. Councillor Email Accounts – To propose the provision of email training for all members of Teignmouth Town Council, including the use of, functions of, and access to town council email accounts – Cllr Vella
11. Winter Carnival – To receive a verbal report from Cllr Matthews on behalf of the Teignmouth Carnival Committee about the possibility of reinstating the Winter Carnival – Cllr Matthews
12. Cartwright Crescent – To propose, subject to residents’ approval, the removal of the grass verge on Cartwright Crescent, and for it to be replaced with concrete to allow access to emergency vehicles – Cllr Cox
13. Working Parties – Terms of Reference – To receive a report from the Clerk’s Office regarding working party Terms of Reference, and to approve the adoption of the draft Terms of Reference presented – Cllr Bladon
14. Yellow Safety Lines Outside Schools – To propose that the Town Clerk write to Devon County Council expressing concerns about childrens’ safety outside of local schools – Cllr Bladon
15. CCTV update with recommendation – To receive a verbal report from Cllr Vella of the last meeting of the CCTV working party meeting held on the 19th of June 2015 – Cllr Vella
16. Priorities & Objectives – To receive and consider the draft Priorities & Objectives, with a view to adoption in September 2015 – Cllr Burgess
17. On the Verge Community Project – To receive a verbal report from Cllr Orme regarding her proposal to set-up a community project to enhance grass verges along road sides and to agree the Council’s support – Cllr Orme
